It has been another stellar month for Permaculture Noosa! The Club Night with Jimmy’s Tiny Houses and Noosa Councillor Brian Stockwell giving town planning information made for a valuable, highly educational night. A special shout out to Emma who made some amazing Dahl, courtesy of Belmondos, and fed us on that cold club night! The Fundraising with the BBQ continues to deliver, and the gardens are full of food and are continually developing with Wednesday morning working bees. The video of the Herb Circle workshop captures my highlight of the month.

Looking at the herb circle, I start thinking about the next Permaculture Noosa MasterChef challenge from the garden. What herbs should I be planting for my dish? Then, looking at the garden I start envisioning my secret masterpiece. Get ready! The planting season starts… NOW! Date for the challenged to be determined soon.

Also, some landholders have asked me about inviting farmers on to their land. There is a nation wide trend happening called FOOPL, farming on other peoples land. There is a growing list of reasons why this is a good idea. For more information, please contact me at
