Hi Lovelies
Dee (Humphreys) here. Each week I volunteer at Eumundi Wildlife Rescue.
A vast range of native Australian fauna come in each day and need help. Some are hit by cars, others injured by domesticated cats or dogs, some are injured in storms, others are young and simply fall out of trees etc.
At the site, the vets and vet nurses fix the animals and then we look after them until they are ready for release. Vicky Toomey is the Centre Manager and last week she asked if I might ask you lovely folk if any of you are willing and able to support in some of the animal releases.
Please read the letter from Vicky asking if you have a wildlife friendly home that could offer habitat to rehabilitating wildlife. If you feel you can help please contact Vicky directly – details below.
